Die meisten Batiken wurden im Heim von den Kindern angefertigt und sind neben den gelegentlichen Verdiensten des Heimleiters und den Patenschaftsgebühren (nur für Schulgelder) das einzige Einkommen. Die Batiken mit Signatur sind von einem Freund gefertigt worden.
Most of the batiks are made by the children at El Shadai, they are the only revenues beside the occassional revenues of the homeleader and the fees of the sponsors (those are only for school fees). The batiks with signature are made by a friend.

Die Karten wurden von Kindern aus dem El Shadai Heim angefertigt und bestehen aus kleinen Batiken, die Karten mit Motiven aus Bananenfasern wurden vom Bruder eines der Kinder aus dem Heim angefertigt.
The cards are made by the children of El Shadai Home and are made of small batiks, the cards made of banana fibers are made by the brother of one of the children at the home.
